DO I NEED TO PRE-REGISTER BEFORE MY FIRST CLASS?
It is not required. Simply show up to the class you want to take about 20 minutes early and we can register you in person. If you prefer to pre-register, go to our schedule and click 'sign up now' next to the class you want to take. This will help you commit, and absolutely reserve your spot. Please note that any 6am classes (when offered) do require pre-registration through the Mindbody Online Schedule or App. It is also highly recommended to pre-register for Special Events and Holiday classes as they will default to a waitlist once full.
DO I NEED A MAT?
You are welcome to borrow one of our mats. However, it is more hygienic to bring your own mat. Please consider bringing your own mat if you are practicing regularly. Water and sweat towel are also recommended.
I HAVE NO YOGA EXPERIENCE?!
We have beginners in our classes, all the time. Simply go at your own pace, be patient with yourself and take breaks when you need to. Our teachers are constantly moving about the room providing instruction, inspiration and modifications to aid in empowering you in your practice.
Show up early to get a spot in the back. It is easier to follow along and see what others are doing if you are sitting in the back.
