Julie found yoga about 6 years ago, finding yoga to help heal the physical, emotional and spiritual parts of her soul. She completed her 200 Hr. RYT through Yoga Alliance in April 2019.
Julie's passionate about inspiring others to open their mind, hearts and souls to share their beautiful energy through yoga. Yoga has brought mindfulness into all aspects of her life, creating more room for gratitude and a positive outlook about the world within and the outside world. Julie teaches Vinyasa Flow, but enjoys meditation and Yin Yoga as part of her home practice.
