POWER YOGA |ALL LEVELS |HEATED & SWEATY ROOM |SCHEDULE
This class is a gentle form of yoga. You will practice yoga sitting in a chair or standing using the chair for support. Complicated maneuvers and complex movements are NOT present in this class. The chair is used because of the difficulty in getting up and down from the floor. You will learn many yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation and ways to relax with the aid of a chair.
Yin yoga consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body - the hips, pelvis, inner thighs and lower spine. Yin yoga aims to penetrate deep into the connective tissue expanding flexibility and increase your energy flow.
Based on the Baptiste Power Yoga "Journey Into Power" sequence fused with high-intensity interval training and bootcamp like exercises.
